All custom surf design, twin tip, and M2 boards are hand shaped by me. I use only the best PVC foam cores like Core Cell for my twin tips and M2 designs and for my surf designs I use only the best quality high-density PU cores on the market. I have developed close working relationships with my foam suppliers and together we are constantly prototyping and developing new PU foam cores that stand up to the extreme abuse we as kiteboarders put on our boards. Most of my designs are done on a CAD program, this allows me to keep accurate records for my customers’ boards and make changes to these existing designs.  When doing research and development these accurate records allow me to make specific changes in designs that I have all ready tested and then feel what those changes did to those designs. All epoxy boards are laminated using aerospace technologies. The lamination on my epoxy boards is vacuum bagged under pressure using some of the best quality composites such as carbon, Kevlar, and S glass. With my surf designs I offer both epoxy and polyester constructions.
I use custom designed footpads for both my surf designs and freestyle boards. I have tested many different foot straps and have come to the conclusion that the NSI Adam Koch foot straps are the most comfortable and keep you connected to your board better than any other strap, so this is the strap I supply. Every board I do comes with G 10 fins for my freestyle boards and custom glass fins for my surf designs.
